Bruce Talks About the Practice
I like coming here because I like my smile to look nice. I’m in sales, so a big part of me is my first impression, which sometimes is mostly my smile before I talk. They do a good job keeping it looking good.
This practice is very friendly. I’ve been coming here for close to 20-plus years, and there’s always a friendly person. They follow up with their calls. They let me know when I’m going to have an appointment in case I forget about it. They keep me on my toes and keep me on my schedule, because when I miss, that means it just sets the clock back; I’ve got to find another appointment to squeeze me in. They’re good about squeezing me in at other times too, like, ‘Hey, if we have an opening – I’m sorry you missed, but if you’re good on short notice, I can call you.’ And they do that too.
The staff’s very friendly. They greet you when you come in, ask if you want to use the bathroom or brush your teeth ahead of time or get something to drink. They’re pretty prompt about keeping to the schedule and to check you in. Then they notify the next person you’re going to see, and away you go.

I feel like Dr. Pierce is a very calm person. He would never make you feel uptight about anything. I know he’s real thorough. I know that he knows his dentistry for sure, and so whenever I come in here, I always feel like they’re giving me their all attention and paying attention to what I say. I guess once again, I just feel really confident in his treatment.
Dr. Knight is super personable. She too is really calm. I feel like she’s also very thorough, obviously well trained, and is very particular, you know, wants to make sure you’re happy with it if you’re having something done, let’s say a crown or something of that nature. I just feel like she also listens to me very carefully to see what I’m saying and values my input.

I like coming to the office because it’s always a pleasant experience. I like the people at the front desk when I walk in; they’re always so friendly and courteous. I go back and I get my teeth cleaned and checked, and the hygienists are always super nice, and I know they do a good job. The dentists, I know I have a lot of confidence in; they’re well trained, they always have the up-to-date equipment, they tell me if I need something, or if we need to watch something, and so, overall from beginning to end, it’s always a really good experience. I trust their expertise, and I feel comfortable that I’m getting the best care.
What sets this office apart is that they have such good technology. I feel like they have all the up-to-date equipment. They always are trying new things, the diagnostic tools they have. I always feel like I’m getting the most up-to-date treatment that I can. I also like both the dentists that are in this practice a whole lot, and I am happy whenever they come in and talk to me. I always feel like they value me as a person, not just a patient. They always ask about the family.
I have four kids and a husband that have all gone here, and still go here to this practice, and what sets this apart a little bit is that from other doctors I have and other places I go, I never hesitate to refer people and recommend that they come here.

Nancy Talks About Crowns
I had a crown that was perhaps never done completely right by another dentist. It was … I think it was done a couple years before I was a patient of Dr. Knight. And told her about it, and I said that it needed to be replaced or looked at. She went in and fixed whatever. I think I had a root canal and maybe it wasn’t done correctly. So she fixed it. I’ve had no problem with that tooth.
I had crowns replaced and I’d had tetracycline stains from when I was a child. So no dentist could really … I was a different shade on one part of my tooth than I was on the other. No dentist had tried to match that. I think from the beginning, Dr. Knight actually sent me over to the dental lab so that they could match the correct color so the crown would look exactly like my other teeth.
I think the reason it was important for the color of my teeth to match the crown is, just goes back to Dr. Knight goes above and beyond to serve her patients. She knew that this could be done. I never knew that you could go and have the color matched by the lab. So she offered it and I said, ‘Absolutely.’
