To our patients:
We want to keep you apprised of our office hours moving forward.
With the latest emergency order having been issued by the Kansas City Metro and surrounding counties, instructing all citizens to ‘stay at home’, we will be closing the office to all routine and elective dental procedures effective March 24th, 2020 through April 23rd, 2020. We understand that ‘the order will be evaluated on an ongoing basis and may be modified as circumstances change based on guidance from public health officials and other experts.’ If things change and we can open the office any sooner, please know we will do so.
Dental offices are deemed an ‘essential business’; however, social distancing is not feasible during dental appointments and elective treatment (i.e. hygiene visits and routine fillings/restorative care) should be postponed. If you are having a true dental emergency, Dr. Pierce and Dr. Knight are available to speak with you to determine if a visit to our office is necessary. Trust that we are here and available to you if an emergency arises. Please call the office to get the emergency contact information.
If you have an appointment scheduled at our office during this ‘stay at home’ order, please know that we will be in touch to re-schedule your appointment as soon as we are able.
Please practice social distancing and obey the stay at home order so we can get back to our normal way of life and open our doors to you as quickly as possible.
Drs. Pierce and Knight
